Medical Students

Dr. Hulse accepts 4th year osteopathic medical students for 2-week or 4-week elective rotations.  Dr. Hulse will accept 3rd year osteopathic medical students for a 2-week or 4-week elective, or for a required rotation, with a recommendation from the school's OMM faculty.

Students should be motivated to learn osteopathy and utilize it in their medical careers, whether in NMM/OMM or in a primary care specialty;  passing this rotation will require active and wholehearted engagement in the learning process.  Students who are just looking to fulfill a required rotation in a geographically-convenient location are not a good fit.

A 40-hour Introduction to Osteopathy in the Cranial Field (from OCA, SCTF or OPC) is strongly encouraged to get the most out of a rotation with Dr. Hulse.

Dr. Hulse also accepts resident physicians in any specialty for elective rotations.

Pre-Med Students

For pre-med students who are contemplating osteopathic medical school, Dr. Hulse is available for lunch-time information sessions for students who want to learn about osteopathic manual medicine.  Shadowing opportunities are not available at this time.
